revelers and featuring the finest talent from around the planetThe first WORLDLY of 2006 is set to eclipse last years highs with a convergence of many special factors; The CD release party for Karsh Kale’s much anticipated 3rd Album, Cheb I Sabbah’s patented blend of world rhythms alongside Dhol Champion Mitch Hyare, a diverse showcase of dance troupes; Boom Boom Bollywood, Dhol Rhythms, Belly Groove and Clandestine and of course rocking original beats and video from the Dhamaal Collective’s Janaka Selekta plus MC Samba, Maneesh the Twister, Skip Intro and El Diablo. Come early to catch the Shabaz Live Lounge which features Classical Indian and Pakistani folk music from artists representing a 500 year musical lineage; Ustad Sukhawat Ali Khan & Riffat Sultana.
